i had to do a lot of little things so gif making was really easy. But theres too much to say so ill tell you the easier way of doing it. you basically just want to google ulead gif animator from google and drag and drop your "avi" files onto it. then select the time where you want the gif to be made. if you do this, it selects every single frame which is way too many, so you have to delete every 3rd frame or every 4th frame to make it go faster because it will go really slow if you have too many frames. then just resize your gif in the "edit" selection.
